Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oatmeal (it is better to take large ones);
  • 2 cups boiling water;
  • 2 chicken cubes;
  • 50 g of cheese;
  • Greens;
  • 4 eggs.
  1. To make Hercules soft and there was no feeling of raw cereal, fill in 3 cups of oatmeal with chicken broth diluted in 2 cups of boiling water in advance (you can take any store cubes for soup or an instant seasoning of your choice). This mixture should be left covered for 40 minutes. During this time, the oatmeal will swell and absorb the chicken broth.
  2. While preparing the oatmeal and broth mixture, you need to prepare the rest of the ingredients. Grate cheese on a coarse grater (you can also grate on a fine one if you want your pancakes to be softer and more tender). Chop the herbs finely. We advise you to avoid herbs with a pronounced taste and smell, as they can overpower the taste of the pancakes.
  3. Mix the cheese, herbs and ready-made oatmeal together and add 4 eggs to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly again, you can also put the mixture in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer. You should get the consistency of thick sour cream.
  4. Fry the resulting mixture on both sides in a hot pan, adding vegetable oil.
  5. Top the pancakes with sour cream or serve as a side dish with the main course. They are also well suited as an addition to a tea ceremony or just for a snack.

They are included in many therapeutic diets and are considered a recipe for healthy eating and can be found on the menus of many well-established restaurants and cafes.
