It is necessary

  • - 3 chicken breasts;
  • - 1 handful of raisins;
  • - 1/2 glass of red semi-sweet wine;
  • - 1/2 glass of tomato juice;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dried barberry;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, red hot sauce;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of red hot pepper, cumin, coriander, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine salt with red hot pepper, cumin and coriander. Rinse the chicken breasts thoroughly and rub the resulting dry seasoning mixture on all sides. Let the chicken stand for 30 minutes. For now, you can prepare a spicy sauce for the chicken, in which it will be cooked in the future.

Step 2

Mix the dried barberry with a handful of washed raisins, red hot sauce, tomato juice and red wine. If you decide to use not homemade, but purchased tomato juice, then it is better to give it up altogether - just increase the amount of red wine to 1 glass.

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry chicken breasts in spices on all sides. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with the sauce you prepared earlier. If your pan has a removable handle, you can leave the chicken in it. Place the dish in the oven.

Step 4

Bake raisin and barberry chicken breasts at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then bake for another 15 minutes, but at 170 degrees in the oven. Serve hot. As a side dish, you can boil buckwheat or long-grain rice. You can decorate the dish with the feathers of fresh green onions.
