Freeze margarine and grate into flour, pour with kefir, add salt and soda. The dough should not be kneaded, but collected in a lump. The dough turns out to be flaky, heterogeneous. Put in the cold for 30 minutes.
Step 2
At this time, cut raw potatoes into strips, onions into thin rings, salt and pepper. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll one in vegetable oil into a rectangle and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Lift the edges a little with your fingers, put the potatoes and chopped canned food on top.
Step 3
Cover with the second part of the dough, pinch around the perimeter. Brush with egg beaten with sugar, make three holes for steam and bake for 30-40 minutes. That's all. The Fish Day pie is ready.
