Pizza with tomatoes, canned fish and cheese turns out to be very juicy, appetizing, aromatic and, of course, delicious. Making pizza will not take you much time and effort.
It is necessary
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 1 tsp. yeast;
- - 1 egg;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 can of canned tuna;
- - 1 can of anchovies;
- - 400 g of various types of cheese (feta, mozzarella, parmesan);
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- - 2 tomatoes.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour flour in a heap into a deep bowl, salt, make a depression, add yeast and beat in an egg, knead the dough. Keep it in a warm place for 1 hour, knead again.
Step 2
Roll out into a thin layer and transfer to a baking sheet.
Mash canned food with a fork. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Add finely chopped garlic to mayonnaise. Grease the dough with mayonnaise sauce, put tomato slices and chopped canned food.
Step 3
Grate hard cheese, cut soft cheese into small slices. Put the anchovies in a circle, add cheese to the pizza, put the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until tender. Serve hot.
