- - champignons - 350 g;
- - potatoes - 500 g;
- - soy sauce - 3 tablespoons;
- - cream - 125 ml;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pork tenderloin, then pat dry with a paper towel and cut into slices. Preheat a frying pan, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. Fry the pork slices in it for 3-5 minutes. Season the meat and season with salt to taste. Place the pork on a plate.
Step 2
Wash the bell peppers, peel them of half-legs, remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into strips. Wipe fresh mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut into slices.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into slices. Fry it in the oil left over from frying the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a plate.
Step 4
In a clean skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the onion in it until golden brown. Then add mushrooms and bell peppers and cook together for about 5 minutes more. Season vegetables and mushrooms with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place potatoes and meat in a skillet with vegetables. Add soy sauce and cream and cook lightly. Sprinkle the finished dish generously with chopped herbs.
