Instructions

Step 1

Set the chicken stock to simmer in a saucepan using the ridges and necks. Cut the rest of the chicken into small pieces. Then rub these pieces with salt and butter.

Preheat a skillet with olive oil and fry the chicken on its surface until golden and golden brown.
