Delicate liver with apples and onions is a delicious smell and unique taste. Such a dish is eaten even by those who do not like the liver. Cooking a Berlin-style liver is quite simple; you don't need any special culinary skills.
It is necessary
- - 500 g liver
- - 2 apples
- - 1 head of onion
- - flour
- - vegetable oil
- - 1 spoonful of paprika
- - ½ spoon of curry
- - black pepper
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the liver and remove the film from it. Cut it into pieces, beat it off and roll in flour. Fry in vegetable oil until browned. Season with salt and pepper before turning the liver over to the other side.
Step 2
Place the cooked liver on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Step 3
Wash the apples, peel and cut into slices. Strain the oil in which the liver was fried and fry the apples in it. They should be saturated with a liver scent.
Step 4
Fry the apples until tender. Place them on a plate.
Step 5
Chop the onion into the same pan, add paprika, curry and salt. Saute the onion until soft.
Step 6
Fold the cooked foods in layers: apples, then liver and onions. Put the finished dish in the oven for 5 minutes or in the microwave for 2 minutes.
