Fried mushrooms are good both as an independent dish and as a filling, for example, for pies. But pancakes can also be stuffed with mushrooms. By adding cheese, cream and béchamel sauce to the filling, you can get an incredibly delicate taste of the dish.
It is necessary
- - flour 100 g
- - milk 150 ml
- - egg 2 pcs.
- - butter
- - mushrooms 200 g
- - soft cheese 100 g
- - Parmesan cheese 70 g
- - cream 150 ml
- - lemon 1 pc.
- - bechamel sauce
- - salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
You will need two small bowls to make the pancakes. In one - beat the eggs, in the second - mix milk and flour to get a liquid consistency. Combine both mixtures and bake some pancakes.
Step 2
Wash and peel the mushrooms in water acidified with lemon juice. Grind them and fry in butter for 10 minutes, adding a little salt.
Step 3
Add some grated Parmesan cheese and fried mushrooms to the finished béchamel sauce.
Step 4
On each finished pancake, place a slice of soft cheese and then the filling. Roll the pancakes into a tube and place on a baking sheet. Top the baked goods with the cream mixed with the remaining filling, sprinkle with the second part of Parmesan cheese and put the dish in the oven for half an hour. The oven should be preheated to 170-180 degrees.
Step 5
When the pancakes are ready, serve them hot.
