Instructions
Step 1
Put chopped cabbage in a saucepan, add a spoonful of oil, half a glass of broth or just water, bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes under the lid.

Peel, chop, fry the onion and add to the cabbage along with vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Simmer for about another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the flour with butter, add to the finished cabbage, mix well and boil.

At the same time, meat products, such as sausage, boiled meat, canned meat, sausages, are cut into small slices, fried a little with onions, chopped capers, cucumbers and a few spoons of broth are added in the same way. Everything is covered with a lid and boiled for several minutes.
Step 5
Half the cabbage is laid out in an even layer on the pan, the meat with a side dish is laid out on top, everything is covered with the rest of the cabbage. Align, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add oil and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

The hodgepodge can be served with sprigs of parsley, lingonberries or olives.
