With oranges, do this: wash them thoroughly, peel the peel and cut it into strips. If the fruit has a thin peel, then you can do it a little differently, that is, cut the orange into slices, and then remove the pulp with a knife.

Take a saucepan and pour water into it. Add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon to it. Mix everything thoroughly and put on fire. When the sugar syrup comes to a boil, add the orange peels, cut into strips, into the sugar syrup. The mixture should be cooked until the crusts are transparent. Add a little water if necessary, otherwise a thick caramel will form.
Step 3
When orange peels are clear, lay out and sprinkle with sugar. Give them a day to dry completely.
Step 4
Place the chopped dark chocolate in a saucepan. Put it on fire and melt the chocolate until it turns into a homogeneous mass. Dip the dried orange peels into the melted mass and put them in the freezer to harden. Oranjet sweets are ready!
