Many people like the delicacy called "Bounty" for its insanely delicate taste. I suggest all lovers of this yummy to cook it on their own, that is, at home. For this you need a minimum of products. Homemade Bounty sweets taste like purchased ones, and maybe even better.

- - cream 20% - 200 ml;
- - coconut flakes - 200 g;
- - milk chocolate - 300 g;
- - sugar - 85 g;
- - butter - 50 g.

Step 1
In a separate saucepan, combine granulated sugar, cream and butter. Put this mixture on the stove, heat, stirring from time to time, until all three ingredients are completely dissolved. Remove the resulting homogeneous mass from the heat and combine with coconut flakes. Mix everything properly.
Step 2
Cover any suitable dishes or baking dish with a sheet of special baking paper, that is, parchment. Place the resulting coconut mass on it and send it to the refrigerator for cooling. There she should be for 60 minutes, no less.
Step 3
After an hour has passed, remove the coconut mass from the refrigerator and carefully cut it with a knife into equal, even bars. After this procedure, send the resulting figures back to cool in the refrigerator, but only for the whole night. If you don't want to wait that long, you can put them in the freezer. In this case, 2-3 hours is enough.
Step 4
Dip the frozen coconut bars into the milk chocolate melted in a water bath. Then place them on a wire rack. Do not touch the treat until the chocolate is completely frozen. Bounty homemade sweets are ready! You can serve them with your tea.
