How good it is to gather family and friends at home and pamper them with homemade pickles.
It is necessary
- - smoked ribs 300 g;
- - sauerkraut 400 g;
- - onion 1 pc;
- - carrots 1 pc;
- - potatoes 3 pcs;
- - vegetable oil;
- - sour cream;
- - tomato 3 tbsp;
- - garlic 2 tooth;
- - spices;
- - greens;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pork ribs, pour 3 liters of cold water and cook for 30 minutes, then remove the meat, strain the broth.
Step 2
Peel the onions and carrots, then grate the carrots on a medium grater, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add the tomato and some water and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into cubes. Add the potatoes to the broth and cook for 10 minutes, then add the tomato-stewed vegetables, sauerkraut, salt, spices and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 4
Pass the garlic through a press and add to the soup. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Before serving in each serving, place a spoonful of sour cream and garnish with herbs.
