Although the airfryer was invented by the Americans as a substitute for a street grill so that you can barbecue at home, you can make a wide variety of dishes in it. Including the favorite Russian dish - stewed cabbage soup.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of sauerkraut;
- - 2 heads of onions;
- - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 tablespoons of flour;
- - 1 mushroom bouillon cube;
- - 0.5 liters of meat broth;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze sauerkraut. If it is very acidic, then rinse it as well. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Saute the onions in a skillet in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the cabbage and simmer with the fried onions for a few minutes.
Step 2
Dissolve the flour in 1 glass of hot water. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Put the cabbage with onions in pots (this amount of products is designed for 3 pots), fill it with diluted flour, crumble 1/3 of the bouillon cube into each pot. Pour in broth halfway. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix all ingredients very thoroughly.
Step 3
Place the pot on the low grill of the airfryer and cook for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 150-180 degrees and a low speed. Serve hot sour cabbage soup with a spoonful of sour cream in each pot.
