  • - 1 kg of peeled carp
  • - 1 tbsp. flour
  • - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • - 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • - 600 g onions
  • - 3 tbsp. 9% vinegar
  • - 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • - 2 allspice peas
  • - 2 hot peppercorns
  • - 3 sprigs of cloves
  • - Bay leaf
  • - 3-4 feathers of green onions

Instructions

Step 1

Gut the carp cleaned from the scales, wash well with cold water, cut off the head. Cut along the ridge and split in two.

Step 2

Cut into portions, sprinkle with ground pepper and salt. We leave for 15-20 minutes in a cool place.

Step 3

We wash the cut off head and fins well and cook the broth.

Step 4

After waiting for a while, pour the flour into a plate and dip the pieces of carp prepared in advance, heat the pan and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 5

Cut the peeled onion into rings or half rings and fry in vegetable oil for several minutes.

Step 6

Put half of the finished onion in a saucepan, add allspice and hot pepper with peas, cloves, vinegar, bay leaf and sugar.

Step 7

Put the fried carp pieces on these products and sprinkle with the remaining onions on top. Fill with cooled broth and simmer until tender.
