Farfalle is a butterfly pasta named for its appearance. Most often they are served with a variety of vegetable sauces, such as thick tomato-cheese sauce.
It is necessary
- - 30 ml of olive oil;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 can (800 gr.) Of mashed tomatoes;
- - 150 gr. feta cheese;
- - salt;

- - 10 basil leaves;
- - 600 gr. farfalle.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the garlic and cut into thin plastics. Fry in olive oil for a minute.
Step 2
Add mashed tomatoes, sugar and a little less than a teaspoon of sugar to the pan, mix.
Step 3
Cut the feta into cubes and add to the tomato sauce. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Grind the basil leaves and add them to the sauce 2 minutes before cooking.

Boil farfalle according to the instructions on the package. Put on a plate and pour over the sauce. Parmesan lovers can additionally sprinkle it on the finished dish before serving.
