Grilled cheese is a great snack that can be served with tomato sauce. Fried mozzarella turns out tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, attracts with its aroma and taste.

- -250 g mozzarella cheese
- -60 g bread crumbs
- -100 g of vegetable oil
- -5 Art. l. flour
- -2 eggs
- -2 tomatoes
- -2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- -1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- -1.5 tsp mustard powder
- -salt
- -pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Pour the whites into a blender, add flour and beat well. Put the mass in a shallow container so that it is convenient to dip the cheese.
Step 2
Drain the whey from the cheese, cut the mazzarella into cubes, or scoop the cheese. Pour oil into the pan, heat it well. Dip each piece in a protein-flour mixture, then place in breadcrumbs and dip in a pan, fry on all sides until golden brown, put on a paper towel so that excess oil is glass.
Step 3
Prepare the grilled cheese sauce. Rinse the tomatoes in cool running water, pour boiling water over them, and then remove the skin. Grate the vegetables on a medium-sized grater, add tomato paste, mustard powder and balsamic vinegar, mix everything thoroughly, add salt and pepper and mix again.
Step 4
Place the sauce in a small bowl, heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remember to stir it constantly. Remove the sauce from heat, cool slightly and beat with a blender.
Step 5
Place the breaded fried cheese on a plate, sprinkle with herbs, serve the sauce next to it. The appetizer is ready!
