Pancakes are a great traditional dish. Pancakes and filling can be prepared in advance, covered and placed in the refrigerator. To prevent pancakes from sticking together, there is a little trick. It is enough to shift them with baking paper, and they will not stick together.
It is necessary
- For pancakes:
- - Milk - 1 l;
- - Wheat flour;
- - Eggs - 2 pcs;
- - Yeast - 40 g;
- - Vegetable oil and butter;
- - Small potato;
- - Salt, sugar - to taste.
- For filling:
- - Chicken breasts without skin - 3 pcs.;
- - Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l;
- - Leeks - 1 pc;
- - Celery - 3 petioles;
- - Chicken broth - 150 ml;
- - Milk - 300 ml;
- - Flour - 25 g;
- - Hard cheese - 75 g;
- - Ground black pepper;
- - Parsley, celery - 20 g.
Instructions
Step 1
The yeast must be diluted in milk and allowed to stand for a while. Pour two eggs into a deep container, salt and sugar to taste. Beat, pour in milk, mix everything thoroughly. Add yeast diluted in milk and stir.
Step 2
Add flour. The thicker the dough, the thicker the pancakes will be. The dough should be kept warm for at least an hour. You can grease pancakes with melted butter so that they do not stick together.
Step 3
Filling: Chop the chicken breasts into cubes. Chop the leek and chop the celery stalk. Grate the cheese finely.
Step 4
Preheat the gas oven to 200 degrees. Fry the chicken cubes in a frying pan in oil (5 minutes).
Step 5
Fry the leeks and celery (3 minutes). Add flour and pour in broth and milk, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add chicken and simmer for 20 minutes. under the lid. Season with black pepper.
Step 6
Place the filling in the middle of the pancake. Roll up and place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cheese. Put the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
