Recipe for delicious tender pancakes in milk. Even a novice housewife can easily cook them.

Step 1
The first step is to measure 700 milliliters of milk and send it to warm up in a microwave or water bath. While the milk is at the right temperature, break 3 eggs into a deep bowl and add 3 tablespoons of sugar to them.
Step 2
Beat the food in the old fashioned way - using two forks folded together. It is not recommended to use a blender or mixer at this stage. The mass should become homogeneous.
Step 3
Now is the time to add most of the warmed milk to the egg-sugar mass. Save about 200 ml for last. Also, 1 teaspoon of salt is sent to the bowl.
Step 4
About 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda must be extinguished with vinegar. To do this, you will need to take a 9% table product. Do not add too much vinegar to the baking soda, otherwise it may feel in the finished dish. You need to take it exactly as much as you need for extinguishing.
Step 5
Next, you need to pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the future dough, preferably sunflower oil. And also - 3 tablespoons of boiled water (they are needed so that the pancakes "breathe" in the pan).
Step 6
Now you can add sifted wheat flour to the mass. In the original recipe, this is 7-9 tablespoons, but more may be required. It is necessary to monitor the consistency of the dough. It should be thick enough. Lastly, add the remaining 200 milliliters of warm milk to the bowl. If the food has already cooled down, then it should be reheated.
Step 7
Then you can start baking pancakes in a preheated pan with sunflower oil. It is best to use cast iron cookware for this. Oil is poured into the pan only once before the first pancake.
Step 8
The finished dish can be served with butter, sour cream, chocolate, cottage cheese and other additives.
