- Liquid cream 12% - 100 ml;
- Mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- The juice of half a lemon;
- Olives - 8 pcs.;
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
- Mustard seeds yellow

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the broth in a small saucepan or deep bowl. The broth can be used both pork and beef. You can even use chicken broth. It all depends on your personal taste preferences and the availability of certain products at hand. You can also replace the broth with water, but this will make the sauce taste less intense.
Step 2
Pour the cream into the broth in a thin stream, while mixing everything thoroughly. Add two tablespoons of mustard and lemon juice to the saucepan. Yellow mustard seeds can be added if desired. Mix well. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite spices to the sauce. Remove the pan from heat and add one tablespoon of olive oil. Stir very well, whisking lightly with a fork. Creamy mustard sauce is ready. Bon Appetit!
