In autumn, you can enjoy only grown, juicy, golden pears. Pears can be either just like that, or you can cook an original dish, for example - pears in sauce. In combination with tender, juicy pear pulp and aromatic creamy mustard sauce, you should like it.
It is necessary
- - 2 ripe pears;
- - 1 lemon;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - 1 tbsp. l. mustard;
- - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- - 3 tbsp. l. milk cream;
- - 50 g of almonds or hazelnuts.
Instructions
Step 1
First, take two ripe pears and peel them / Carefully take out the core.
Step 2
Cut the lemon in half and pour the juice over the peeled pears so that they do not darken.
Step 3
Put washed lettuce leaves on a prepared dish, put pears on top of the leaves.
Step 4
To prepare the sauce, you need to mix a tablespoon of mustard, three tablespoons of heavy cream and three tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Step 5
Fry almond kernels in a frying pan until golden brown.
Step 6
Put the pears on a lettuce leaf, pour over the pre-made sauce and sprinkle with almond kernels. The dish is ready, you can serve it on the table.
