It is necessary

- - mustard (tablespoon);
- - sweet (Dijon) mustard (tablespoon);
- - lemon;
- - mayonnaise (3 tablespoons);

- - milk cream (3 tablespoons).

Step 1
Peel soft pears. Carefully cut the core and peel. Lubricate each pear with lemon juice so that later the pears acquire a dark, golden color.

Put washed and dried green lettuce on a dish.

Cooking the sauce. A tablespoon of mustard (without a slide), mix with a tablespoon of sweet (Dijon) mustard and mayonnaise. Combine everything in a bowl until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps. Pour in three tablespoons of heavy cream. Beat with a whisk. The mass should take on a uniform golden color.
