Sometimes you want to cook an unusual first course. For example, you can serve flavored creamy shrimp soup instead of cabbage soup. It is worth pampering yourself and your loved ones with an exquisite dish, spending only an hour in the kitchen.

- 150 g of bulgarian pepper;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 50-60 g green onions;
- 150 g cream;
- 70 g butter;
- 50 g processed cheese;
- black pepper;
- salt;
- Italian spices: thyme
- paprika
- basil
- tarragon.
Instructions
Step 1
First rinse the shrimp under cold water. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan, dip the shrimp, add bay leaf, salt, Italian spices and half a squeezed lemon. Remove shrimp from heat after 2 minutes.

Strain the broth through a sieve, because you will need it a little later.

Next, peel the shrimp and cut them into cubes.

Bring the cream to a boil and add the processed cheese. As a result, you should get a homogeneous mass.

You should sauté finely chopped onions and peppers in butter for 2-3 minutes. Now add the shrimp and cream cheese.
Step 6
In a saucepan, bring the broth after the shrimp to a boil, add the stewed vegetables and shrimp in cream. Simmer for 2 minutes over low heat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
