We will need:

- 300 g of pike perch (fillet);

- 2 eggplants;

- a bunch of fresh parsley;

- 2 onions;

- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;

- pepper, salt.

Rinse the eggplants, peel, cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil, season with salt to taste. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings. Rinse fresh herbs, chop too.

Cut the pike perch fillet into cubes, mix with onions, parsley, ready-made eggplants. Salt and pepper the salad, add a little vegetable oil, put in a salad bowl.

- 120 g butter;
