It is necessary

  • - 2 chicken fillets;
  • - 250 g of Chinese egg noodles;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - 1 cucumber;
  • - 2 handfuls of golden bean sprouts;
  • - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;
  • - a bunch of green onions.
  • For refueling:
  • - 3 cm of ginger root;
  • - 2 chili peppers;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of peanut butter;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of sake or rice wine;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of rice vinegar;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon of sesame oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Bake the chicken breasts in the oven at 180 degrees. 15 minutes will be enough. After that, cool, cut the fillet into strips or divide it into fibers by hand.

Step 2

Prepare a dressing. Peel chili peppers from seeds, chop the pulp. Peel the ginger root and cut into small pieces. Crush the ginger and the white part of the green onion with the flat side of a knife. Heat the peanut butter vigorously in a skillet, put chili, onion, ginger there. Cover with a lid, remove from the stove, cool. Strain the oil, and you can discard all the spices. Combine refined hot oil with vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and rice wine. Stir until the sugar dissolves, set the dressing aside.

Boil Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the package, discard in a colander, rinse with water, dry, mix with sesame oil. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove the seeds. Cut the peeled carrots and cucumber into thin strips, green onions into 2-3 cm pieces.

Step 4

Now put the noodles on plates, put carrots, cucumber, green onions, bean sprouts on top. Place the baked chicken pieces in the middle. Drizzle with a fragrant dressing before serving, stir gently. Sichuan chicken salad with egg noodles should be served chilled.
