  • For four servings:
  • - 350 g couscous;
  • - 350 ml vegetable broth;
  • - 100 g of almonds;
  • - 40 g raisins;
  • - 10 ml vegetable oil;
  • - a feather of green onions, cut into rings;
  • - black pepper;
  • - chopped onion;
  • - salt;
  • - a pinch of ground paprika;
  • - three carnation buds;
  • - cinnamon stick;
  • - green bell peppers;
  • - one orange.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour boiling water over the orange, then grate the zest, and squeeze all the juice from the pulp. Rinse the bell peppers, chop finely, after removing the stalk with seeds.

Step 2

Chop the almonds coarsely and lightly fry them in oil, add bell peppers and chopped onions to the almonds, continue to fry for another three minutes.

Pour in the broth and put the raisins, spices, paprika, orange peel into the pan, pour in the orange juice. Wait for the mixture to boil.
