    • Fresh vegetable salad with croutons:
    • 2 large hard tomatoes;
    • 2 fresh cucumbers;
    • 100 g of hard cheese;
    • salted rye croutons;
    • olive oil.
    • Shrimp and Avocado Salad:
    • 1 avocado
    • 0.5 kg shrimp;
    • 200 g of champignons;
    • black peppercorns;
    • zira;
    • half a glass of vegetable oil;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 large tomato
    • 1 cucumber;
    • olives and mint leaves for decoration.

Step 1

One of these is a salad of turkey and mushrooms. Boil the turkey fillet in salted water. Cool and disassemble into fibers.
