Jaja Safra is a Lebanese appetizer. Meze is a collection of different snacks. Can be fish, chicken, shrimp, crayfish, cheese, salami. Can be served with red wine.

- - 200 g lentils
- - 200 g chicken fillet
- -1/2 onions
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - 50 g sesame seeds
- - half a lemon
- - 20 g garlic
- - 1/3 cup water
- - parsley
Instructions
Step 1
First, take and rinse the lentils thoroughly, then cover them with water, put on fire and cook until they boil. Reduce heat and simmer for another 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it into pieces. Take a frying pan, brush it with vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet.
Step 3
Fry the fillets until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the onions and parsley finely.
Step 5
Make tehina paste. Grind sesame seeds with lemon juice, garlic and water in a blender.
Step 6
Combine lentils, chicken fillet, onion, parsley, mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste, season with tahini paste.
