Knead the pastry and leave to rise for 40-60 minutes. After the dough has doubled in volume, roll it out and divide it into portions. Roll each portion to an oval shape.
Step 2
Grease each oval cake with oil and make longitudinal cuts in its one third part.
Put the filling on the uncut part, wrapping it in a roll and pinching the strips well to the dough so that they do not unfold during baking.
Step 3
Let the bars rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, brush with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and then bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
