We wash and clean the undercap well. Then we make cuts along the entire piece. Do not forget to salt and pepper. Cut the apples into strips, chop the garlic. We put apples and garlic in the cuts made on the underneck. Sprinkle with parsley on top. Then we roll up the underwire with a roll and tie it with threads. We put the form with a roll-up underneath in a preheated oven.

For the first time (20 minutes) we bake the dish at 200 degrees, and then, lowering the temperature to 150 degrees, we cook the underwire for almost an hour and a half. But it should be borne in mind that the cooking time directly depends on the thickness of the piece: if the piece is thin, then it will reach readiness even faster. Allow the ready undercap to cool at room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator for cooling (about an hour and a half).
