Fried fish with salad

It will take only 15 minutes to prepare such a dish - this is exactly the amount of time it will take to fry the fish. In the meantime, it comes to a condition, you can make a light salad. To prepare such a dinner you will need:

- 2 steaks of any red fish;

- lemon;

- olive oil;

- any greens (salad, basil, arugula);

- tomatoes;

- onion;

- Bulgarian pepper;

- coarsely ground black pepper;

- salt.

Wash the steaks, dry, rub with salt and pepper, pour with olive oil and lemon juice. Leave it on for 5 minutes. Then place them in a preheated skillet without oil and fry for 5 minutes on each side over high heat. While the fish is cooking, put the herbs in a deep bowl, add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers, salt and pepper, drizzle with the rest of the lemon juice and olive oil. Mix everything well and serve with fried fish.

Pasta with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:

- 300 g of pasta;

- 150 g of fresh mushrooms (chanterelles, champignons, etc.)

- 5-7 sun-dried tomatoes;

- 50 g of hard cheese;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of pine nuts;

- vegetable oil;

- salt and spices to taste.

Boil the pasta until tender in salted water. While it is cooking, finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil, salt. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin slices. Mix the pasta with mushrooms and tomatoes, arrange on plates, add pine nuts, finely grated cheese and your favorite spices. Serve with white wine.

Stuffed chicken breasts

Such a hearty, tasty and at the same time beautiful dish can be prepared in just 20 minutes. For him you need:

- 2 chicken breasts;

- 100 g of any soft cheese;

- parsley;

- 4 sun-dried tomatoes;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- olive oil;

- salt and spices to taste.

Chop sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, herbs and soft cheese right on one board, salt, pepper and stir. Make a deep longitudinal cut in the breasts, put the prepared filling in it and fasten the edges with a toothpick. Season with salt and fry in olive oil in a hot skillet. When the crust is browned and crispy, reduce the heat, cover the pan with wet parchment paper and let the breasts simmer under it for another 5 minutes. Then remove them on a plate and cut them across.

Shakshuka

This national Israeli dish takes 5-10 minutes to cook. It resembles traditional scrambled eggs cooked with lots of vegetables. It requires the following products:

- 4-6 eggs;

- Bulgarian pepper;

- tomato;

- onion;

- 1/3 chili pepper;

- garlic;

- parsley;

- olive oil.

Chop the garlic and fry in olive oil. After a couple of minutes, add chopped coarse onions, bell peppers and chili peppers to it. Sauté for 5 minutes, then place the peeled and diced tomato into the pan. After a couple of minutes, break the eggs in the middle and salt. When they grab a little, remove the shakshuka from the heat and sprinkle with parsley.
