But you always have to proceed from what you have in the refrigerator at the moment, so as not to run to the store for groceries and not spend extra time on it. Vegetables frozen in advance, which just need to be heated, can be a good help for fast food preparation. You can quickly prepare food from minced meat, sausage, mushrooms, potatoes, sausages, pasta, etc.
Lazy pizza
Often well-known dishes, for example, pizza, dumplings, dumplings, are called "lazy". These are the dishes that are perfect for dinner. They are prepared quickly, with a minimum of ingredients and are no less tasty than their counterparts.
Ingredients
- 200 g of any sausage
- 200 g hard cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 loaf
- 4-5 st. l. mayonnaise
- 4-5 st. l. ketchup

- You can take any loaf you have. It needs to be cut into slices of medium thickness or of your choice. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices or thin slices.
- Grate cheese into a bowl. The sausage can be finely chopped or grated too if there is no time at all.
- Add ketchup and mayonnaise to the duet. Mix well to get a homogeneous mass.
- Cover the loaf slices generously with the resulting mass, which cover with tomatoes.
- While cooking lazy pizza, preheat the oven to 180C. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- The supper is ready. Serve hot. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs if desired.
Julienne in a frying pan
Julienne is a fairly popular dish that, if desired, can be prepared in literally 30-40 minutes. In this case, it is not at all necessary to look for cocotte makers in which it is cooked, but to use an ordinary frying pan. The dish turns out to be very tasty.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300 g chicken fillet (breast)
- 300 g champignons
- 2 onions
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g hard cheese
- 2-3 st. l. vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- for decoration basil, lettuce
- Prepare chicken fillet: rinse well and cut into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until half cooked - it will take just a few minutes.
- During this time, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Send it to the chicken and fry for another couple of minutes.
- Wash the champignons, cut coarsely enough. Combine them with meat and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the moisture from the mushrooms has completely evaporated. Next, salt and pepper the contents of the pan and continue to fry until golden brown (5-8 minutes).
- Now the cream will be used. They should be poured over mushrooms with chicken. Close the pan with a lid, reduce heat and heat the entire contents (1-2 minutes).
- Grate the cheese beforehand. Fall asleep with julienne. Turn off the stove and close the pan with a lid.
- After a few minutes, when the cheese is melted, the julienne can be served.
