Fast food is tempting, but not always healthy. In home cooking, it will not lose its taste, but it will significantly benefit in quality.

- sunflower or olive oil;
- 4-5 potatoes;

- For hamburgers:
- 400 g of beef;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 50 g butter;
- wheat buns;
- mustard
- ketchup
- gherkins.
Instructions
Step 1
Potato Chips Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into 2-6mm slices, place in a bowl, pour 1 teaspoon of oil, stir. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking sheet with foil, grease it with oil, put the potatoes in one layer, put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Check the potatoes during cooking, when the edges of the slices are curled in, remove the baking sheet and place the chips on paper towels to remove excess oil. Salt, add spices to taste, stir.
Step 3
Hamburger Prepare hamburger patties in advance: mince the beef twice, season with minced meat, pepper and season to taste. Divide into several equal parts, about 70-100 grams each, place them on parchment for baking.
Step 4
Form a ball from each part, flatten it so that you get a cutlet about 0.5-1 centimeters thick. Place the patties in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 5
Prepare fried onions: Wash and finely chop 2 onions. Melt 50 grams of butter in a frying pan, pour the onion there, add salt and pepper if desired, fry until golden brown, the onion should look like cracklings. Transfer cooked onions to paper towels to remove excess oil.
Step 6
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan, heat and place the frozen cutlets in the pan. Fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes, pressing down with a wooden spatula. Reduce heat, cover and bring meat until tender, patty dry with paper towels to remove excess fat.
Step 7
Cut the wheat bun into halves, you can take some of the pulp out of the bun. Put the cutlet on the bottom half of the roll, spread the mustard and ketchup on the cutlet, cut the gherkins into 2-3 slices, put on the cutlet and sprinkle with a teaspoon of fried onions on top, cover with the other half of the roll. If you wish, you can add fresh vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs.
