- vinegar (rice) - 500 ml;
- nori sheet;
- mirin - 40 ml;
- kombu seaweed - 10 gr;
- fried chicken breast - 50 gr;
- cheese "Grand Padano" - 30 gr;
- lollo-rosso salad - 20 gr;
- bacon - 20 gr;
- cucumbers - 20 gr;
- avocado - 20 gr;
- sesame seed.
Instructions
Step 1
Buy rice made for making rolls (small). Boil it until tender.
Step 2
Use rice vinegar, kombu seaweed, sugar, and mirin to make a sauce. Season it all with rice.

Wait for the entire roll base to cool down.

Place the rice mixed with the sauce in an even layer on the nori sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
