Many have heard and even tried rolls called "Caesar", the name reminds everyone of the well-known salad. You can make rolls at home, just know a simple recipe.
It is necessary
- -dry rice - 250 grams,
- - chicken fillet -120 grams,
- - cream cheese - 100 grams,
- - nori sheets - several pieces,
- -parmesan - 50 grams,
- -breadcrumbs,
- - rice vinegar - 2 tons of spoons,
- -sea salt and caviar (used for decoration).
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, salt a little and dip the chicken fillet into it.
Soak the rice in a saucepan for about half an hour.
Step 2
Put the boiled chicken fillet on a plate and let cool.
Drain the rice.
Dry the rice a little.
We dip the rice into boiling slightly salted water (there should be about 0.5 liters of water). We reduce the fire and cook until the water boils away.
Add vinegar to the finished rice and mix gently, cover with a lid and a towel.
Step 3
We wash the lettuce leaves, dry a little and cut into thin strips.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
Step 4
Fry the bread crumbs a little (no oil).
Cheese finely three (you can take more cheese, if desired).
Step 5
Cover the mat with a layer of cling film. Spread a nori leaf on the mat. We put rice in a centimeter thickness on the seaweed. Turn the algae leaf along with the rice onto the film.
Step 6
Place the sliced chicken fillet and salad in the center of the nori leaf, grease well with cream cheese. Roll up, roll in fried bread crumbs and, if desired, in caviar.
Step 7
Cut the roll into portions (we moisten the knife in water so that it does not stick to the rice).
Serve with soy sauce. Enjoy your meal.
