If you like cottage cheese pastries, then prepare a cheesecake, but not a simple one, but a bulk one called "Fair". It is beautiful not only in appearance, but also in taste. This dish will look great on any festive table.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 200 g;
- - cocoa - 25 g;
- - butter - 40 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - flour - 160 g;
- - salt.
- Curd filling:
- - cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs;
- - vanilla sugar - 10 g;
- - sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- - semolina - 25 g;
- - candied fruits - 100-150 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the granulated sugar with the eggs in a separate bowl. Pound this mixture until white, that is, until the sugar is completely dissolved. When this mass becomes 2 times more in volume than it was, add the previously melted butter and sour cream into it. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
After sifting the flour through a sieve, mix with baking powder and cocoa powder. Stir this mixture well, then add it to the liquid sugar and butter mass. As a result, you should get a dough, which in its consistency resembles thick sour cream.
Step 3
Now prepare the curd filling. To do this, pass the cottage cheese either through a sieve or through a meat grinder. Then combine it with the following ingredients: granulated sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar, eggs and semolina. Beat the resulting mass thoroughly and put candied fruits chopped into cubes to it. Mix well.
Step 4
Cover the collapsible baking dish with a sheet of parchment and brush with oil. Place the dough on it first. Then place the cottage cheese filling on it, not reaching the edges, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Garnish with the remaining candied fruits.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Send the dish into it for about 40-50 minutes. Gently remove the finished baked goods from the mold and cut. Pouring cheesecake "Fair" is ready!
