Who doesn't love smoked bacon? It is easy to prepare it at home using liquid smoke. Take 3 kilograms of fresh lard and cut into pieces. Prepare the brine: mix 0.5 kilograms of salt with two liters of water, add 100 ml of liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly and pour the lard with the prepared brine, close the lid and refrigerate for one week. After that, hang the lard to dry, and after two days it will be ready to eat.
