If you have a room with a high temperature (at least 35 degrees), turning honey back into liquid is easy and simple. Leave it in a warm room for a few hours, and gradually it will return to its original appearance. For this method of liquefying honey, a bath, for example, is perfect. But it should be borne in mind that the temperature in it is too high, so the process will go quickly. After 15-20 minutes, honey should be removed to a cooler room.

If there is no hot room, then we will apply the following method. Transfer the honey to a small glass jar (about 2 liters) or saucepan. If you are using a jar, you will need two different sized pots. Place the jar in a smaller pot. Take a second saucepan that is larger than the first (and larger than a can) and pour water into it until just below the middle.

Step 3

Put a large saucepan on the fire, wait for the water to boil and place a smaller saucepan with honey on top of it (or an empty saucepan in which you want to place the jar). The handles of the small pot should hold it against the rim of the large one. Make sure the bottom of the smaller saucepan does not touch the boiling water. In this way, the honey will gradually heat up due to the boiling of water and hot steam. A water bath allows you not to burn honey when heated, it will not burn or overheat (the temperature when using a water bath is several times lower than when heated over a fire).

Reduce heat to low. It is important to remember that with this method of liquefying honey, it cannot be heated to more than 50 ° C, otherwise it will begin to lose its beneficial properties. Continue heating the honey in a water bath until it becomes liquid. Do not keep honey in a water bath for hours - it is better to heat it in small portions, this way you will shorten the heating time and preserve its useful properties.
