Instructions
Step 1
In order to make hot chocolate according to the simplest recipe, you only need milk and dark chocolate. Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk into a saucepan and put one hundred grams of dark chocolate, broken into pieces, into it.
Place the pot over low heat and heat until the chocolate is melted. While stirring vigorously, bring the drink to a boil and remove from heat. That's it, hot chocolate is ready.
Step 2
For a thick drink, pour eight hundred milliliters of milk into a saucepan. Add two hundred grams of fine, unfilled chocolate, broken into pieces, into the milk. Place a saucepan over medium heat and heat the milk until the chocolate is melted.
Stir three tablespoons of potato starch in a glass of milk. Pour the milk and starch into a saucepan and continue heating over low heat, stirring continuously, until the liquid begins to thicken. Pour the chocolate into cups and serve hot.
Step 3
Using spices, you can make a drink with a more complex and interesting taste. For hot cinnamon chocolate, take two cinnamon sticks and crush them in a mortar. Combine seven hundred milliliters of milk and three hundred milliliters of twenty percent cream in a saucepan. Place the mixture over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Once the liquid starts to boil, remove the pan from the heat and add the cinnamon to it. Place a lid on the milk. After five minutes, strain the milk, add two hundred grams of dark chocolate to it and stir the drink with a whisk until the chocolate dissolves.
Step 4
Chocolate with whipped cream is pretty good. To prepare it, you need four hundred milliliters of milk. Add two teaspoons of sugar and some vanilla sugar to the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, and remove the milk from heat.
Add forty grams of dark chocolate to the hot milk and stir the liquid until the chocolate dissolves. Pour into cups and garnish with whipped cream.
