Store ice cream has a lot of harmful fillers. Some are dangerous to health, others - for the figure. For a delicious dessert, make your own fruit puree ice cream.
It is necessary
- - 250 ml high fat cream;
- - 250 ml of milk;
- - 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- - 4 yolks;
- - 1 kiwi;
- - 1 banana;
- - 1 tsp lemon / lime juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine cream and milk in a deep bowl. Put on fire and heat over low heat. Watch the mixture carefully: it should not boil.
Step 2
Beat egg yolks with sugar. Mix until the ingredients turn into a dense foam. Add the resulting mass to the cream and milk.
Step 3
Build a steam bath and place an ice cream parcel on it. Reduce heat and monitor the state of the mixture (stir occasionally). Remove when ice cream thickens.
Step 4
Peel the banana and kiwi and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the juice from the lemon / lime. Place the fruit in a blender and puree. Add citrus juice (be sure to try it so it doesn't get too sour).
Step 5
Add the fruit puree to the prepared ice cream. Stir the treat, wait until it cools completely. To freeze the ice cream, place it in the freezer. It is desirable that it "spend" there at least 3 hours.
