Step 1
Peel and cut the squid into rings, salt, pepper and season with dry dill. Fry the squid in a skillet with a little vegetable oil until white for 1-2 minutes.

Cut the onion, bell peppers and celery into small cubes, combine the vegetables in one bowl, lightly salt.
Step 3
Rinse lettuce leaves with cold water and place on plates. Place some vegetable mixture on each leaf, place squid rings next to it and drizzle with a little soy sauce.
