We all know that during the period of the end of winter and the onset of spring, the body's resistance to various kinds of diseases decreases. This is associated with a lack of vitamins in the body and, as a result, a decrease in immunity. However, it is quite possible not to let yourself get sick and is not worth a lot of work. Today we will prepare a delicious drink that will give your body strength and energy!
It is necessary
- 150 g frozen cranberries;
- 1 large orange - zest and pulp;
- 1 inch ginger root
- 2 teaspoons of natural honey;
- 1 liter of purified water.
- Additionally:
- Blender, juicer, sieve, knife.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash and thaw the cranberries. At the same time, we make orange juice (while a few pieces can be left for decoration).
Step 2
Cut the zest and ginger into small pieces and place them in a blender. Add cranberries and 0.5 liters of water, then mix well. We filter the resulting mixture through a sieve and mix with orange juice, honey and the remaining water.
Step 3
Pour into a jug and, having prepared beautiful glasses with orange slices, pour the drink.
