Today we will prepare a delicious drink that will give your body strength and energy!

It is necessary

  • 150 g frozen cranberries;
  • 1 large orange - zest and pulp;
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons of natural honey;
  • 1 liter of purified water.
  • Additionally:
  • Blender, juicer, sieve, knife.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash and thaw the cranberries. At the same time, we make orange juice (while a few pieces can be left for decoration).

Step 2

Cut the zest and ginger into small pieces and place them in a blender. Add cranberries and 0.5 liters of water, then mix well. We filter the resulting mixture through a sieve and mix with orange juice, honey and the remaining water.

Step 3

Pour into a jug and, having prepared beautiful glasses with orange slices, pour the drink.
