This seemingly simple salad tastes very sophisticated. Why is it called the Hit of the Season? Because it can be made at any time of the year - the products for this dish are always at hand. In addition, the simplicity of manufacture also captivates: it is done literally in a matter of minutes.
It is necessary
- For 2 small portions:
- - 1 hard boiled egg
- - 1 small onion
- - 1 medium raw carrot
- - 1 large or 2 small apples
- - 20-30g of any cheese
- - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into very thin rings or small cubes, then pour boiling water over, immediately add half a teaspoon of vinegar. Leave the onion for 10 minutes. This will be the first layer of the salad. We put it in a salad bowl and grease with 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
Step 2
Grate the apple and carrots on a medium grater, the cheese and egg on a fine grater. It is better to rub all the ingredients directly into a salad bowl - this way the dish will look more aesthetically pleasing. Grease each layer with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Lay the layers in the following sequence: onion, apple, egg, carrot, cheese. The salad can be made from several alternating layers, apart from the onion layer.
