  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 300 g of wheat flour;

  • - 100 g of white chocolate;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of low-fat cream.
  • Two-color cocoa biscuits:
  • - 180 g creamy margarine for baking;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 cups of flour;
  • - 1 tsp baking powder;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Instructions

Soft curd biscuits

Mash cottage cheese with an egg. Grate the oil and add to the mixture. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder and add portions to the curd mass. Knead a soft dough and on a floured board roll it into a not too thin layer. Cut out circles with a glass, put half a teaspoon of sugar on each, fold the circle in half, and then again in half. You will get a nice volumetric triangle. Cut a circle out of parchment paper and line the middle grill of your Airfryer with it. Spread the biscuits on top and bake them at 230 ° C. The process will take about 15 minutes. Cool the finished cookies and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, add cocoa powder to one and mix thoroughly. Roll each type of dough into a layer on a board sprinkled with flour. Place a dark layer of dough on top of a light one and roll the entire structure into a tight roll. Use a sharp knife to cut it into 1 cm thick pieces. Line the middle grate of the Airfryer with baking paper, spread the blanks on it. Bake the products for 20 minutes at 200 ° C. Chill the finished biscuits and serve.
