    • 1 tbsp butter;
    • 2 cups of flour;
    • 0.5 tsp soda;

Step 1

Steamed Berry Dumplings Place flour and baking soda in a large bowl. Make a hole in the middle, drive in an egg. Knead the dough, gradually pouring in kefir or sour milk.

Grease the tiers of the double boiler with oil so that the dumplings do not stick. Place the dumplings. Steam for 10 minutes. Pour over the prepared dumplings with melted butter, serve with sour cream.
