Have you bought fresh cottage cheese but nobody wants to eat it? You can prepare a fairly simple, but very tasty and mouth-watering dish - curd, which can be varied by adding berries or a little lemon zest to it. The amazing vanilla aroma emanating from baked goods will undoubtedly bring all household members to the table.
  It is necessary
-
- 0.5 kg. cottage cheese,
 - 100 g butter,
 - 2-3 eggs,
 - 2 tbsp. l. semolina
 - salt
 - sugar
 - vanilla sugar
 - cinnamon,
 - breadcrumbs,
 - berries (to your taste and discretion)

Instructions
Step 1
Wash eggs well and break into a bowl.
Step 2
Add sugar (to taste, if you like sweets, then ½ cup) to the eggs and beat well until frothy.
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon there, beat.
Step 4
Put cottage cheese and 2 tbsp. l. semolina.
Step 5
Melt the butter in a small bowl over very low heat, cool and pour into a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous thick mass without lumps is formed.
Step 6
Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with butter and sprinkling with bread crumbs. Place the prepared mixture in a baking dish. Put the berries on top and press them a little into the mass.
Step 7
Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until golden brown. Cut into portions before serving. Serve with condensed milk, jam or sour cream, whipped with sugar.
