Strudel is a delicious thin dough roll with a variety of fillings. You can fill the roll with anything, it all depends on your taste and mood. If you like fresh strawberries and raisins, then use this combination - you get a delicious dessert for tea.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 300 g of strawberries;
- - 200 g of puff pastry;
- - 100 g of raisins;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of bread crumbs, sugar and vegetable oil;
- - 1 egg yolk;
- - a pinch of cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fresh strawberries, dry, remove the stalks. Cut each strawberry into quarters.
Step 2
Soak the raisins in boiling water, drain the water, mix with the strawberries. Add cinnamon, sugar, breadcrumbs, mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Defrost the finished puff pastry or cook it yourself from flour, butter, salt and sugar (take the amount by eye, you don't need to cook a lot of strudel dough).
Step 4
Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough into a thin layer.
Step 5
Put the prepared strawberry and raisin filling on the dough, roll the product into a roll, brush with beaten egg yolk. Place the strudel on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 6
Serve the finished strudel with strawberries and raisins along with whipped cream.
