Profiteroles are small culinary products made from choux pastry with a variety of fillings, which may even be savory. These delicious cakes are French cuisine. Let's try to make profiteroles with aromatic strawberries. Berries can be taken both fresh and frozen.
It is necessary

- - 230 ml of water;
- - 150 g flour;
- - 130 g butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 400 g of strawberries;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 teaspoons of gelatin.

Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, add butter, put on the stove. Bring to a boil. Stir in the flour, the mass should thicken and easily come off the walls of the dishes.

Let the dough cool slightly, start beating eggs one at a time, stirring after each until smooth.

Plant the profiteroles on a baking sheet with a spoon or a pastry bag, keeping a couple of centimeters between the cakes.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes; brownies should be browned. Do not open the oven at this time, otherwise they will settle!

Prepare the filling. Soak gelatin in 2 tbsp. spoons of boiling water until swelling. Drain the juice from the frozen berries, chop the strawberries in a blender. Add sugar and gelatin, pour the mixture into a refractory dish, put on low heat. Heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil. Cool the filling.
Step 6
Transfer the prepared profiteroles to a wire rack to cool completely. Transfer the strawberry cream to a pastry bag and fill the cakes. Sprinkle the strawberry-filled profiteroles with powdered sugar.
