Prepare the filling. Grate cheese and butter on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix all ingredients. Then make small balls from the mass using a teaspoon. Place them on a plate and place them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast (fillet) lengthwise, but not completely. Unfold, cover the meat with cling film and beat. Season the chicken with pepper and salt to your liking.

Place the filling on each fillet layer and roll it up with an envelope (such as stuffed cabbage rolls or stuffed pancakes). Chip off the edges with a wooden toothpick. Wrap the cutlets in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.

For breading, combine flour and starch. Beat the eggs and add a little salt.

Remove the patties from the refrigerator. remove the toothpicks. Dip in the flour and starch mixture. Then dip in beaten eggs and bread in breadcrumbs. Fry them in vegetable oil until cooked over medium heat.
