Strawberry cashewshake is an amazing dessert that is not difficult to prepare. Very soon you will have a ready-made aromatic cashewshake with fresh strawberries on your table!
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - almonds - 1/2 cup;
- - dates - 1/2 cup;
- - raw cashews - 1, 5 cups;
- - lemons - 1, 5 pieces;
- - honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - coconut milk - 1/2 cup;
- - fresh strawberries - 1 glass.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind almonds and dates in a blender with salt. Tamp this mixture evenly into a split mold. This is the bottom layer of the dessert. It needs to be frozen - then after the freezer its taste will remind you of snickers.
Step 2
Send soaked cashews, honey, lemon juice, coconut milk to a blender. Mix until smooth - you should get a thick cream.
Step 3
Place 2/3 of the cream on top of the bottom layer of the dessert. Add strawberries to the rest of the cream in a blender, mix again. Lay out the final berry layer, put the mold in the freezer, the cake should harden.
Step 4
Move the treat to the refrigerator an hour before serving. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife, serve with fresh berries, lemonade or fruit tea.
