It is necessary

  • - flour - 300 g;
  • - starch - 2, 5 tablespoons;
  • - egg yolks - 3 pcs;
  • - butter - 200 g;
  • - sugar - 250 g;
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • - baking powder for dough - 2 teaspoons;
  • - rum or cognac - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • - boiled condensed milk - 1 can;
  • - roasted peanuts - 200 g;
  • - coconut flakes - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the butter from the refrigerator. It should lie at room temperature until it softens. Once this happens, combine it with granulated sugar and beat thoroughly. Then add vanillin, cognac or rum, and egg yolks to the resulting mixture. The yolks should not be introduced all at once, but one at a time.

Step 2

Next, add the following ingredients to the resulting mass: flour, baking powder and starch. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough from the resulting mixture. It should be smooth and elastic.

Step 3

Put the resulting dough on a flat surface and roll out with a rolling pin so that the thickness does not exceed half a centimeter. Then take a small dish with a round neck and use it to cut circles out of the dough. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place these dough circles on it. Place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. This will make a cookie.

Step 4

Cool the finished baked goods, then put the boiled condensed milk on it. Connect the cookies to each other.

Step 5

Combine chopped peanuts, coconut flakes and shredded chocolate in one bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle the sides of the dessert coated with boiled condensed milk with the resulting mixture. Alfahores cookies are ready! Serve when it has cooled completely.
